The seminar entitled Cybersecurity and how to initiate an anti-mainstream overseas career journey was held on March 27 2024 by ISTTS whose speaker was Ferry Haris, S.Kom., M.Sc.,. Ferry Haris himself is the CEO of FeHa International Consulting B.V. This seminar was attended by several students from Informatics Engineering, then there were also some from SIB (Business Information Systems) and finally there were also some from DKV (Visual Communication Design).

This seminar started with registration first at 09.00 then around 09.12 Mrs. Ardalina. L.C.G., S.Ds., M.I.Kom. as the MC of the seminar, he started to introduce himself and convey a few words, then the event continued with an opening from Dr. Ir. F.X. Ferdinandus, M.T. then Mr. Ferdinandus explained briefly about the importance of this seminar because technology has become more advanced and there are more and more criminals, so we need to know about cybersecurity, then Mr. Ferdinandus introduced Mrs. Eka Rahayu Setyaningsih, S.Kom., M.Kom. as head of student affairs.

then this event was continued with Lifestory as an Indonesian who established a company in the Netherlands. It could be said that this included the journey of Mr. Ferry Haris from being born and raised in Bandung to his Bachelor's degree at UI (University of Indonesia) then in 2008 he received a scholarship in the Netherlands. This topic will describe Mr. Ferris' life journey, challenges and achievements and how these experiences shaped and influenced Mr. Ferris' life as a whole.

The next topic is about Anti-mainstream career opportunities in the tech industry. You could say this includes career opportunities that are unusual or uncommon in the technology industry. This refers to jobs or career paths within the technology industry that many people may rarely consider or are not as popular as more common career paths such as software developer or network engineer.
