Taekwondo

Taekwondo UKM is held every Saturday at 15:30 to 18:00. This UKM activity focuses on physical training. The physical training itself is divided into two, namely physical endurance training or stamina, and kick technique training. Physical exercise is usually done with polymetry, sprints, push-ups, sit-ups, splits, and others. For kick training, 50-100 repetitions are usually done for one type of kick, and semi sparring.
