REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA - SD Negeri 3 Manggarai prohibits students from leaving the classroom during recess to avoid crowds during face-to-face trials. This time the trial was followed by grade VI students.
"The second trial is followed by grade VI students," said the Principal of SDN 3 Manggarai Sri Kadarti in Tebet, South Jakarta, Friday (9/4).
Face-to-face learning trials are held for three hours from 07.00 to 10.00 WIB. The first subject is held from 07.00 to 08.30 WIB, then students are given a 10-minute break and continued with the last subject starting at 08.40-10.00 WIB.
This second face-to-face learning trial was attended by 37 class VI students divided into three classes or an average of 10-12 people in one class. During class hours, students must still use a mask and a transparent face mask.
In addition, each student's desk is provided with a hand sanitizer prepared by the school, with tables spaced apart from each other. Students are also not allowed to bring food, but those who bring their own drinks are still allowed.
Sri explained that the first phase of the trial was followed by class V and there were no obstacles during face-to-face learning. Because teachers, including school principals, receive mixed learning training.
In the school, which is located on Jalan Manggarai Utara V Number 6, the total number of students from grades I to VI reaches 278 people. However, only classes IV, V and VI can participate in face-to-face schools, which are held in turns once a week, each Monday, Wednesday and Friday with a total of 106 students.
Every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday every class will be cleaned and sprayed with disinfectant. The face-to-face school trial was greeted enthusiastically by students because it was the first time they met and studied directly with teachers and friends after a year of studying online.
To come to school, students are escorted by their parents directly. "It's nice to meet teachers and study together. I was a bit surprised at first," said grade VI student Sultan Calliope Mahri.
In line with the Sultan, another student, Sevia Romadona, was also enthusiastic about welcoming the face-to-face school test. "It feels different to meet in person. Earlier before leaving for breakfast first," he said happily.
