FEET ON THE STREET
He/ She will be responsible in managing the channel/partners and growing the overall genuine software market within the territory/region, as well as ensuring that the respective partners are technically enabled and maintain profitable business by selling Microsoft products.
Duties:
1. Build strong relationship with channel/partners.
2. Maintaining consistent communication with channel/partners regarding new products and promotion programs.
3. Provide reguler training on licensing and technology update on Microsoft products
4. Identify new sales opportunity for channel/partners within the territory/region.
5. Develop channel/partner's technical competencies.
6. Evangelizing Microsoft products and encourage partners to use or sell genuine software only.
7. Assisting partners in problem solving
8. Growing partner's business in the respective market.
Requirements:
1. Fresh Graduate or minimum 1 year experience in sales and distribution business, preferably in IT industry.
2. Local hire is preferable
3. Good communication and interpersonal skill.
4. Hold minimum Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/Information Systems (preferably).

We are looking for mid level developer who loves the web-based platform, to assist us in implementing customized solutions for our customers, and for ourselves in our internal projects in Surabaya – Jawa Timur.SADA develops almost exclusively on the Microsoft platform, though we have done projects on LAMP as well (it's not about the technology, it's about the solution). Projects include data-dependent web-based applications that service various business needs - so there is a heavy dependency on SQL databases. Projects also include manipulation and customization using various SDK's and API's to work on tools like Microsoft, Google Apps, Gadgets, as well as various ecommerce platforms. The ideal candidate will be energetic, creative, enthusiastic, intelligent, analytical, and eager to take on responsibility and learn new skills. She/he will enjoy working in a fast paced environment and creating an exciting, fun, teamwork-oriented environment.
MAJOR ACTIVITIES:
* Work 3-5 projects at a time
* Consult with the clients through the implementation process
* Create sitemap, webpage layouts, IA and UI
* Communicate technical and business requirements with other programmers, designers and client
* Develop and work with Databases and Database Structure
* Test/QA projects
* Take Direction from, and work closely with Sr. Developers
REQUIREMENTS:
In-depth technical knowledge and comfort level in the following areas:
* C#.net, ASP.Net, SQL, HTML, XML, PHP, Python, Visual Studio
* MSSQL 2000/2005, MySql
* Html/Javascript
* English skill
* Understanding of system architecture, design, and scalability
* Must be highly proficient in web-based application development with at least 1-3+ years experience in web based programming.
* The ability to write elegant procedural and object-oriented code is a must.
* Excellent, demonstrated problem solving skills, responsible and motivated work ethic, and willingness to learn and experiment with the latest technologies.
